Refund and Shipping Policy

Thank you for shopping at Serlumé. We want you to be thrilled with your hand-poured candles. Because our products are handcrafted and delicate, please review our policies regarding shipping and returns below.

1. SHIPPING POLICY

* Processing Time: All orders are processed within 3 business days. Orders are not shipped on weekends or holidays.

* Shipping Rates: Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout.

* Shipment Confirmation & Tracking: You will receive a Shipment Confirmation email once your order has shipped containing your tracking number(s).

* Damages: Serlumé is not liable for products damaged or lost during shipping. However, if you receive your order damaged (e.g., broken glass), please contact the shipment carrier to file a claim. Please save all packaging materials and damaged goods before filing a claim.

Note on Summer Shipping: During warmer months, candles may soften in transit. We recommend retrieving your package from your porch or mailbox as soon as it is delivered to prevent melting.

2. RETURNS & REFUNDS

Due to the nature of our products, used candles cannot be returned or refunded.

* Unused Candles: We accept returns on unused, unlit candles in their original packaging within 14 days of delivery. You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item.

* Defective Items: If there is a manufacturing defect (e.g., the wick is missing), please email us at contact@serlume.com with a photo of the defect within 7 days of receiving the item. We will ship a replacement to you at no additional cost.

* Exchanges: We only replace items if they are defective or damaged by a manufacturing error. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email.

3. NON-RETURNABLE ITEMS

* Gift cards

* Sale items (Only regular priced items may be refunded; sale items are final sale).

* Customized or personalized orders.

4. HOW TO INITIATE A RETURN

To return your product, please email us first to receive authorization. Once authorized, you should mail your product to:
