4. Shipping and Delivery
Risk of loss and title for items purchased pass to you upon our delivery to the carrier. We are not responsible for delays caused by the shipping carrier or incorrect shipping addresses provided by the customer.

Please refer to our Refund Policy [Link if applicable] for details on returns. Generally, due to the nature of hand-poured candles, we only replace items if they are defective or damaged during transit.
6. Safety and Liability (Candle Care)
Serlumé is not responsible for any damage or injury caused by the misuse of our products.
By purchasing our candles, you acknowledge and agree to follow standard candle safety practices, including:
• Never leaving a burning candle unattended.
• Keeping wicks trimmed to 1/4 inch.
• Burning candles only on heat-resistant surfaces.
• Keeping candles away from children, pets, and flammable objects.
7. Intellectual Property
The content on this website, including but not limited to photography, logos, and text, is the property of Serlumé and is protected by copyright laws. You agree not to reproduce, duplicate, copy, or sell any portion of the Service without express written permission from us.
